If you’ve ever felt as though you’re working very hard, but aren’t really content, you’re not alone. Many of us spend a lot of time ensuring everyone else is taken care of and happy, striving for material success or accolades, or otherwise pursuing perfection. These are brilliant strategies that you developed for a reason. But maybe now they’re not as helpful or fulfilling as you’d hoped. Through therapy, you can move past patterns that are keeping you stuck to realize your true potential for joy and connection.
I’m a licensed Clinical Psychologist serving clients in Arizona and California. I specialize in mindfulness- and compassion-based interventions, particularly Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My formal training also includes traditional CBT, DBT, trauma-focused interventions (CPT & PE), CBASP for chronic depression, and Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy (EFT). I work carefully to tailor my approach to your vision and goals.
I hope to help you filter out the noise to discover who you’re meant to be and what you really want. I bet it’s incredible. And once you come home to yourself, that is where true peace and purpose reside. I exclusively offer virtual appointments. Telehealth is available to all Arizona and California residents with access to the internet, and has robust evidence demonstrating equal efficacy to in-person services.
