Hi, I’m Dr. Molly Tucker.

Welcome to my page. I’m happy you’re here.

I’m a licensed Clinical Psychologist practicing virtually in the state of California. I specialize in mindfulness- and compassion-based interventions, particularly Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My formal training also includes traditional CBT, DBT, trauma-focused interventions (CPT & PE), CBASP for chronic depression, and Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy (EFT). In addition to therapy, I also offer cognitive and personality assessment services.

Life is hard, and struggle is an inherent part of our humanity. But you don’t have to suffer alone. If you're looking to find meaning and engage fully with life in a compassionate and mindful way, I would be honored to walk alongside you in that journey.

Therapy at a safe distance

Due to the ongoing global pandemic and to ensure the safety of our most vulnerable populations and the community at large, I am offering exclusively telehealth appointments at this time. Telehealth is available to all California residents with access to internet and a computer, and has robust empirical evidence demonstrating equal efficacy to in-person appointments. Telehealth also improves accessibility to therapy when circumstances (e.g. geographic, physical, or otherwise) may render in-person appointments inconvenient.
